OnePlan provides a preconfigured Power BI Report Pack to gain insights through dashboards & visualizations. This is a recommended application to provide a rich reporting experience. The pre-requisites for deploying the OnePlan Power BI Report Pack include the following:
Office 365 Tenant
Power BI Reporting Workspace
Power BI Reporting Service Account with appropriate licenses
Please have your O365/M365 Admin, Please create the following accounts:
svc-PowerBI@<yourdomain>.com or @<yourorganization>.onmicrosoft.com
These accounts shall be setup as Cloud Only. Assign the Microsoft Power BI Pro license

Creating a Reporting Service Account
The OnePlan Power BI Report Pack will utilize a service account (set of credentials).
1. Navigate to the Global Admin Portal.
2. Navigate to Users > Active Users and select the + button.
3. Enter account details.
4. Ensure the account is allocated with Power BI Pro License and Plan 2 PowerApps license.
