1. Create PowerApps Service Account
Please have your O365/M365 Admin, please create the following accounts:
svc-PowerAppsConfig@<yourdomain>.com or @<yourorganization>.onmicrosoft.com
These accounts shall be setup as Cloud Only. Assign the Microsoft PowerApps per user or per plan depending on the procured licenses

A password is required for each service account.

1.1 Navigate to the Global Admin Portal.
1.2 Navigate to Users > Active Users and select the + button.
1.3 Enter account details.
1.4 Ensure the account is allocated with Power Apps Plan 2 License.
2. Create PowerApps Environment
Please have your organization's O365/M365 Admin, login to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments and Use +NEW button to create following instance.

3. Complete Azure Application Registration
OnePlan will need an App ID to an app registration in Azure for integrations with PowerApps.
An Azure tenant admin needs to navigate to https://portal.azure.com.
On the top left corner, expand the portal menu navigation and select “Azure Active Directory”
On the left navigation, select “App Registrations”

Click “New Registration”
Name: We recommend naming it OneConnect – Dynamics, but you can use your own naming convention. Leave the default Supported Account Types, and no Redirect URI.
Click the Register button.
Once “Registered”, you will be directed to the recently created App configuration home page
Click View API Permissions, then choose to Add a permission.
Add the Dynamics CRM permission. The permission type should be Delegated and be sure to check the box next to user impersonation.
Click Add, then click the Grant admin consent button on the API Permissions page.
Click the Authentication button the left menu, then check the box for ID tokens under Advanced settings>Implicit Grant. Change the Default Client Type slider to Yes.
Click Save at the top of the screen.
Click the Overview link on the left menu.
Find the Application (client) ID. Copy this GUID and send it to OnePlan. This ID will be needed to create the integration with PowerApps.
