OnePlan provides a preconfigured Power BI Report Pack to gain insights through dashboards & visualizations. This is a recommended application to provide a rich reporting experience. The pre-requisites for deploying the OnePlan Power BI Report Pack include the following:
- Office 365 Tenant
- PowerBI Professional License(s)
- Power BI Reporting Workspace
- Power BI Reporting Service Account with appropriate licenses

If your solution also requires reporting on data from PowerApps or Dataverse, the reporting service account will require a PowerApps Plan 2 license with administrator access.
Creating a Reporting Service Account
The OnePlan Power BI Report Pack will utilize a service account (set of credentials).
1. Navigate to the Global Admin Portal.

2. Navigate to Users > Active Users and select the + button.

3. Enter account details.

4. Ensure the account is allocated with Power BI Pro License.
** If using PowerApps in solution architecture, the account will also need access to Microsoft PowerApps Plan 2.
